CRISPY FRIED CHICKEN


INGREDIENTS

Chicken-1 kg
Red chilly powder-2 tsp
Turmeric powder-½ tsp
Garlic paste-2 tsp
Curd-3 tbsp
Green chilly sauce-2 tbsp
Juice of one lemon
Vinegar-2 tbsp
Red colour powder-a pinch
Salt-to taste
Oil
Wheat aata


METHOD

1. Marinate the chicken with all the masalas except wheat aata for 6 hours.
2. Roll the chicken pieces in the wheat atta and deep fry.
