SIMPLE DEEP FRIED CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS

Chicken-1 kg
Red chilly powder- 2-1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder-½ tsp
Coriander powder-1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste-2 tsp
Salt-to taste
Oil

METHOD

1. Marinate the chicken with all the masalas for 2 hours in a kadai.
2. Keep the kadai on the stove without adding water.
3. Let the chicken cook in its own juice.
4. When the chicken is fully dry, deep fry the chicken.
