INGREDIENTS
Arvi-500 gms
Red Chilly powder-1 tsp
Turmeric powder-½ tsp
Coriander powder-½ tsp
Pepper powder-½ tsp
Cumin powder-½ tsp
Garam masala powder-½ tsp
Tamarind extract-1 tbsp
Salt-to taste
Oil
Curry leaves
METHOD
1. Boil arvi till 3/4 done, peel & cut into roundels, add all the masala powders, tamarind pulp and salt.
2. Heat oil in a pan with curry leaves, add arvi, close the lid, simmer heat, fry till it looks roasted.
3. Garnish with curry leaves.
